Consultations
A preliminary consultation is conducted to discover the following key elements concerning the organisation, executive or investment;
1. An understanding of the current scene, including the structure and arrangement of operations.
2. Understand the problems and challenges.
3. Ascertain the original purpose, aims and goals of the entity, as well as it's ideal scenarios.
4. Assess available resources, including staff, time, intelligence and current levels of influence.
This consultation will help to determine the challenges that are wanted to be solved and the direction to which which the entity wants to proceed following the resolution and the overcoming of those challenges. New solutions must accommodate the aspirations of the executive and the company.
method
Methods include;
1. An extensive and sophisticated of tools and concepts of management, organisation and administration.
2. Simple and effective macro and micro strategies.
These two elements will permit the establishment of a new modus operandi in management and operations; they can be applied to an entity of any size, of any context, industry and within any purpose. This is the application of universal, standard technology in the management of operations.
I direct the organisation; including divisions, departments, sections and executives through the use of tools and strategies to elevate ability, awareness, discipline, control; for the achievement of purpose, profit and pleasure.
Goal
The first step I clarify the goal.
Purposes
Purposes are commonly overlooked and then exposes an entity to distractions and departure from their original objective.
Purposes clarify the boundaries of what the organisation or executive must focus on and what it must reject.
strategy

As a strategy consultant, I am keen to formulate the macro steps that should be applied on either a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.
Policy
Now that I know the purpose of the executive, or the organisation, I can proceed with developing policies that shape the entity's culture, operations, processes, service terms and conditions, service level agreements and the model that the company exercises in order to make profit.
