The preliminary consultation ascertains the following key elements;

My first action with any executive is to clarify and confirm the goal.

This determines what the executive wishes to ultimately have. Where this may be a professional, entrepreneurial goal, or enterprise objective, how this differs with myself is that I know exactly how to compartment the executive's professional and personal life to ensure balance and sustainability. 

Therefore, there is not just one goal but one for each natural dynamic.

Once the executive has clarified the goals to define destination and the final results of their professional and personal existence, the executive  must now understand WHY, in order to demonstrate purpose. 

 

This is a major step for the executive who starts to understand who they are, what they are, what they must achieve and why it must be THAT objective. To help the executive achieve this clarification, an understanding of human nature guides the executive to establishing a real, simple and purified purpose. 

 

The awareness and confirmation of purpose is powerful in generating drive and focus; purposes fuel the executive sufficiently to achieve GOALS.

I have over  formulated 900 executive strategies, written to guide the executive towards higher positions of advantage, covering 10 different executive elements.

 

I am able to drive the executive to move their position to higher levels of advantage, producing greater levels of potential for operations and performance. 

Every, any executive, receives the strategies applicable to them, in accordance with their goal and purpose.

The rules and systems applicable are not just a framework for discipline but a system defining the beliefs, methods and standards to which the executive must establish, implement to have a foundation from which to operate, perform, produce, qualify and serve. To the degree that the executive is able to implement the applicable and effective rules and systems, it is to that degree that the executive will be effective and successful in pursuing their goals, purpose and executing their strategies.

​Choreography of executive operations is the process of dovetailing all the above elements, in a manner that provides a bird's eye, 360 degree view, with sequence, co-ordination and organisation. This is the point where the executive know what they need to do, how they are going to do it and why.

My programs, focused on a major objective, are a comprehensive series of targets, written bespoke to the executive and in chronological order of execution.

 

The series of targets develop the executive towards managed change in awareness, ability, conditions, situations and resources.  

The program, backed by valuable intelligence, is pragmatic, fully transparent; allowing the executive sees the development targets, the goal, therefore providing the executive to engage with some level of self management of their own program.

Direct observation, practical intervention, with alignment, organisation, co-ordination, as well as execution with care and precision; these are the points applied in my management of Executive Projects. This is also a prime time to observe and see the reactions and challenges revealed in the physical world and therefore, what other projects will therefore need to be written.

Executive projects executed are a phase beyond strategies and into tactical execution. This is the first stage of pragmatic, effective, strategic change.

Execution of tasks

Tactical level instructions classified as Orders, must be clarified, sequenced, co-ordinated and executed to completion; to the intended standard and result. 

The executive executes their own orders or become leaders and out-source orders to establish establish a layer of management and separate layer of tactical execution.

Executives must be developed to becomes leaders and guided on the collective management of orders , including the success of issuing, executing and verifying compliance, as well as the management of teams.  

Design of operations

The design of operations is a common struggle amongst executives, corporations and governments. Never has a subject been so poorly taught, or never taught at all.

 

It is the design of organisational structure and operations model that is used to to optimize the production of important, valuable and viable products. I design and develop models, systems, for executives and organisations, of any size, product or service, for efficiency, organisation, competence, effective performance and profitability, or experience and pleasure for the individual.
