Investments are available under both of my companies; Xecology Ltd and Mountesque Ltd where, as the principal investment consultant, I broker investments, such as privately owned businesses and real estate.

I work directly with investors to research market trends, locations and industries, to assess the value and potential of possible investments. Investors, entrepreneurs working with me have the advantage of my skill in strategy, assessment, the programming of businesses, as well as my experience in research, negotiations and the management of transactions.

Investment options I present fall within two asset classes; private equity and real estate. These options are backed by real data and based on direct contact with other investors, potentially looking to sell or purchase. My deals are direct and private; investor to investor who are professional investors, accustomed to the processes, nuances and nature of making such investments.

I service commercial real estate investors who are either looking to purchase, or sell commercial real estate.

Commercial real estate includes offices, warehouses, factories, hotels, apartment blocks and retail stores. I have fourteen years of real estate investment experience and have participated and managed approximately four hundred transactions, covering the residential and commercial sectors.

The residential real estate options must be at wholesale level, that can be sold to other professional investors. An example could be whole blocks of apartments, income producing land or an existing portfolio of residential assets.

Transport businesses include automotive, motorcycles qnd aviation. I have researched transport options and their impact on the client and the public is the essential fact, which must be traced back to the original element with in the business that contributed to that result.

The retail industry has radically changed by the increasing influx of micro retailers, who have employed digital distribution channels and the reach of social media platforms to control and grow their business.

Micro entrepreneur often require investments to overcome operational demands and the infrastructure to support the increase in product demand.

I help both the outside investor as well as the retail entrepreneur who is seeking to grow acquisitions.
