The first step is the clarification of the goal.  

​This creative, liberating process involves the executive's emotions, logic and imagination, helping the executive to define to themselves WHO they are, WHAT they are and WHERE they fit in within the environment in which they operate.

From clarification of the above, we can start work towards achievement. ​​

Purposes are commonly overlooked and then exposes an entity to distractions and departure from their original objective. 

​

Purposes clarify the boundaries of what the organisation or executive must focus on and what it must reject. 

As a strategy consultant, I am keen to formulate the macro steps that should be applied on either a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. 

Now that I know the purpose of the executive, or the organisation, I can proceed with developing policies that shape the entity's culture, operations, processes, service terms and conditions, service level agreements and the model that the company exercises in order to make profit. 

• The broad overview as to what will happen as intended.  

• What are elements of co-ordination.    

• What are the primary objectives. 

• What is the sequence of actions. 

• Which parties will be involved and who will bear what responsibility. 

The program will determine the following;

• The determination of the major targets.  

• Establish standards, responsibilities and conditions which must be adhered to or upheld.    

• Identify the challenging elements that need to resolved and organised first. 

• Distinguish what different executives are doing what, when and how. 

For business and personal; including current matters and situations, an executive will need to allocate time, energy and planning to resolve and conclude.

Even though these factors may be regarded as temporary barriers, they nevertheless hinder and disrupt both operations and preparation. Projects will need to be identified, written and executed.

The end result of a project will be increased alignment and all factors streamlined. ​

Orders are the issued communications that specify the actions that must be carried out. 

​

These orders are tactical level instructions, issued to and executed by the executive's staff, or by the executive themselves.

These orders ensure that operations are in motion and production occurs, generating real, valuable products that can produce income.

Every department of an organisation must produce something that is important and valuable to others. It is the same in the case of every executive, as well as every aspect of their personal and business endeavours.

Operational objectives have to be identified, pursued and achieved. Their attainment has to be verified and the results are  valuable for larger internal projects, for customers or long term clients.  

​

It is the attainment of operational objectives demonstrate a workable model for either a business, or executive. 

After the end of a period, such as a week, month or quarter, there, a performance review analyses and evaluates the executive's production results. 

​

For any executive wishing to achieve high performance and the attainment of high targets, this is an essential aspect of managing the executive's success.

From these periodic reviews, I am able to devise immediate, micro strategies and plans that move the executive up to the next level of operations and performance, ensuring that potential, momentum and growth continues.  ​​

The goals of  executive must be definite. 

​

There must be a clear purpose and objective that defines all actions, activities, whilst determining the level of effort, energy required to achieve intended objectives.

The markets are gifted with competition, prompting innovation and high production, leading to the achievement of minor objectives that then add up to major objectives. 

​

The essential executive elements fulfilled will eventually lead to Objective attainment. 

Nothing is meant to continue without end. 

​

The executive experiencing success will seek new pastures to battle and conquer. 

​

Evolution is a crucial step in the growth of a successful executive that must seek new games; that executive will consider new problems to solve, new ways to lead and disrupt markets.

Every time, evolution means to rise to higher levels of operations and influence.
